    I'm a firm believer in if you don't know about something you can't fix it so here's something you need to fix. My wife and I stopped in tonight and after we were seated we were totally ignored for at least 8 to 10 minutes. Now that might not seem like a big deal but usually you'll get something like be right with you or hi how are you, give me a minute ect. We didn't even get a glance, not even when we got up and left, there was no host at the front door to stop us or ask if there was a problem.
