Bad service
I'm a firm believer in if you don't know about something you can't fix it so here's something you need to fix. My wife and I stopped in tonight and after we were seated we were totally ignored for at least 8 to 10 minutes. Now that might not seem like a big deal but usually you'll get something like be right with you or hi how are you, give me a minute ect. We didn't even get a glance, not even when we got up and left, there was no host at the front door to stop us or ask if there was a problem. I saw no manager on the floor no greeter at the door and to top it off the place wasn't that busy. It's clear training is lacking at this location from the t down. No way should a customer be able to leave any business without someone asking or offering to help. I have worked restaurants and retail at all levels from busboys to district manager, there is a serious lack of caring at this location, too bad because I really like applebees.
